With a new spring date of June 7th, 2025, the Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships Canada Qualifier is coming back to Sicamous, British Columbia as the only Canadian stop on their tour of 20 cities worldwide leading up to a thrilling finale in the fall.
We had a blast last year as world-class athletes and beginner-level enthusiasts met in Sicamous to compete in races and challenges around our new pump track. We can already tell that this year's event is going to be even bigger!
We're kicking off this year's event on June 6th with Registration, Practice and a FREE All Ages Bike-In Movie Night at 7pm at the track!
There will be music, food & family fun as well as some serious athleticism as the pros compete for their chance to go head-to-head with the top racers from around the world at the championships finale later this year.
Whether you think you have what it takes to be the UCI Pump Track World Champion or you're a beginner looking for your first chance to compete, you won't want to miss this event!

UCI PUMP TRACK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS HISTORY:
The Pump Track World Championships has already succeeded in creating a revolutionary global pump track racing series where riders competed in the first World Final that saw local heroes, elite BMX racers and MTB World Champions compete on an even playing field in 2018 in Arkansas, USA.
In 2019, the iconic rainbow stripes were handed out for the first time at the World Final in Switzerland to Payton Ridenour and Tommy Zula after joining forces with the UCI. A return to racing in 2021 saw Eddy Clerte and Aiko Gommers crowned as the new World Champions in Lisbon, Portugal. In 2022, Santiago Chile played host to over 70 athletes travelling from around the world to lay it all down on the line for the coveted jersey, with Niels Bensink and Christa von Niederhausern taking home the honours on race day. In 2023, the USA’s Alec Bob took the top place on the podium in the Men’s category and Christa von Nierderhausern made pump track history by taking her 3rd title in Austria. Ryan Gilchrist from Australia did it for MTB in 2024 to take the top step on the podium along with Czechia’s Sabina Košárková.
The Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships is back in full force in 2025, make sure to register for your chance to win that golden ticket to Monthey, Switzerland on 5 September. [pumptrackworldchampionships.com/info/]
